This free package includes everything needed to build and run TargetOS applications. The following are included:

• TargetOS real-time kernel and run-time library (source code included)
• CrossStep Integrated Development Environment
• A Coldfire instruction simulator (no hardware setup required)

Also included are limited-use demo libraries of the following TargetOS components:

• TargetXFS: Unix-like embedded File System
• TargetFTL-NOR: NOR Flash Translation Layer
• TargetFTL-NDM: NAND Flash Translation Layer
• TargetTCP: IPv4 TCP/IP Protocol Stack
