Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days, unless specified otherwise on a written quote.
Orders must specify the purchase order number and the billing and shipping addresses. A signed copy of the license agreement and purchase order must be received prior to shipment.
Custom Work
If you have a requirement for a device driver, board support package, or other related product not on our website, please contact us for a quote on custom work. Unless otherwise stated, quotes on custom work are valid for 30 days.
Limited Warranty
Blunk Microsystems' software products are warranted against defects in the media used for delivery for a period of ninety (90) days from the time of purchase. Blunk Microsystems' hardware products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the time of purchase. Blunk Microsystems will repair or replace defective products covered under the warranty period.
Although Blunk Microsystems strives to develop high quality software and hardware, Blunk Microsystems does not warrant that the operation of its products will be uninterrupted or error free. Blunk Microsystems specifically disclaims any responsibilities for any damages, special or consequential, connected with the use of its products.
