Blunk Microsystems’ software components are offered under a Standard Software Product License.

Development: This license allows users to use the source code in developing a single designated product. Source code may be used at multiple sites as long as it is being used directly and only for the development of the product(s) specified in the license agreement.
Distribution: The executable code may be released only with the product(s) specified in the license agreement. Executable Code is a fully compiled and linked program that contains any code derived from the Software. It can no longer be altered or combined with any other code. Executable code is ready to be executed by a computer and is essentially a complete software image for use in specific product(s).
The source code and derived object code may not be redistributed or resold to third parties.
Support: The Standard Software Product License includes one year of technical support. This includes a full year of free updates and upgrades, answers to technical questions via phone, email, and fax, and additional documentation as requested. Each additional year of technical support is 25% of the original license fee, to be renewed on or prior to support expiration date.
